Get Feedback

You may have been rejected for a job recently, don’t take this personally. When applying for different roles or looking for a career change you may and probably will get rejected at some point. The role may not have been for you, but there will be one out there which is more suited to what you are looking for. Consider asking for feedback, this can tell you a lot about why you may not have been successful, it may not be negative, it could just be that the other person has 10 years experience and you only have 2. They may also give you tips to work on for your next interview, being pro-active in your job search can turn your experience from negative to positive.

Volunteer
