Typically found in large businesses, these jobs are based in a call centre environment and handle inbound customer queries. Although they are based within a call centre, they do not handle any cold calls and only deal with customers calling them regarding an order or query. Typical duties will include producing/sending documents, ensuring delivery has arrived and ensured they are happy with the service provided. As a sales coordinator, you’ll be with many customers in different stages of order, so the ability to manage your workload is needed.

Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executives are found in both B2C and B2B companies. Typically answering a range of inbound enquiries, including; email phone and live chat, your priority will be providing a resolution as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you are strong at changing focus, from enquiry to enquiry, then you’ll have an advantage in this position.

Often branded as a team leader in contact centres, customer service managers are responsible for a number of executives. Ideally, they have a lot of experience within customer service roles and will have stood out to make it to the next level.
