Customer Service Advisor (Inbound) – Hertford – 10 month FTC - £18,000

Our client is a leading organisation who provide expert advice to consumers on a wide range of topics and provide customers with all the key information they need to help them make the best purchases / decisions possible! They are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills to join their Member Services Team initially on a 10 month contract basis.
In this role you will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls from existing customers members who wish to discuss their account and services.
Duties will include;
· Highlight to customers the benefits of their existing services
· Provide customers with information relevant to their existing products and services
· Promote additional products and services which may be of interest
· Process changes to customer accounts and services where requested
· Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the central database
· Process customer cancellation requests
· A genuine desire to help customers
· Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
· Excellent attention to detail
· Previous experience in sales and/or a contact centre experience would be beneficial
· Salary £18,000 (plus ability to earn additional commission)
· Shift Rota: Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 (35 hour week)
· 1 in every 3 Saturdays (09.00 – 13.00)
· 28 days holiday per year + bank holidays
