- Salary £24,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience
- Working hours 9.00am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Free parking
- 21 days holiday + bank holiday
Administrator - Job Overview
As a Administrator your duties will include;
- Raising quotes
- Raising jobs
- Updating and raising purchase orders
- Checking reports
- Using multiple systems
- Keeping the customer constantly updated with job progress, any delays and reasons why ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved
- General office support
- Managing the shared inbox
Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Previous office based administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using multiple systems simultaneously
- Customer focused with great communication skills both written and verbal
