Established and well-respected Potters Bar based organisation have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly finance team.

Competitive remuneration and benefits including free onsite parking, this is an office-based role and successful applicants should currently reside within a 30 minute commute of Potters Bar.

• Subcontractor payment runs
• Cash book and bank reconciliations
• Statement reconciliation
• Posting journals
• Invoice processing
• Processing expenses
• Filing
• Ad hoc administration duties as required

Accounts Assistant - Skills & Experience Required

• 2 years’ experience within an Accounts Assistant position
• Numerate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel
• Flexible attitude and happy to support the team 

Accounts Assistant – Benefits Offered

• £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
• 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday entitlement
• Free onsite parking
