Our client, a small independent company in Letchworth are looking for customer service advisers to work on their outbound verification team on a long term part time basis. They are looking for the right candidate to work 3 - 5 shifts between the days of Monday - Saturday.
This role involves working as part of a customer service team, responsible for contacting new customers and verifying information is correct.
Duties will include;
Making outbound calls to customers to verify information – specifically financial data
Updating the database with information
Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
Answering the phones and directing to correct department
Positive telephone manner
Able to commit to working a minimum of 2 shifts of 3.45pm-8.45pm and 1 or 2 shifts of 9:00AM - 2:00PM for a minimum of 3 months
Ability to be quick and efficient
