Job Description

This job role includes a variation of dealing with phone and email based queries.

Duties will include;

  • You will be a key contributor to the development and execution of the Sales plan to ensure Sales targets are achieved.

  • You will identify, develop and maintain highly effective relationships with all with clients within the target market.

  • Maximise new revenue/sales through identification of new or additional business opportunity

  • Responsible for following the appropriate practices and processes to ensure that consistently high standards of delivery and customer service are maintained at all times. This includes anticipating and resolving any problems/issues with clients. In particular being alert to early warning signs and providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • You will work in close partnership with clients to determine their requirements whilst seeking out, initiating and coordinating robust and accurate proposals and contract documentation where required.

  • Provide appropriate business information back into the business in a timely and proactive manner to enable decision making and control.

 Required Skills

Previous customer service experience

  • Confidence dealing with customers over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with a real desire to learn and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
