An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-focused and organised Artwork Administrator to join a busy team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This varied role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
Artwork Administrator – Role Overview
As Artwork Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and implementing artwork revisions in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams. You’ll liaise with external suppliers and design agencies, manage documentation and approvals, and ensure all packaging artwork is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and implement artwork revisions across product packaging
Liaise with design agencies, printers, and suppliers to coordinate artwork changes
Maintain accurate documentation of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals
Proofread amended artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee and conduct regular audits of artwork files
Maintain the digital colour library and support packaging projects as required
Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to management
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and proofing skills essential
Degree educated in Art/Graphic Design/Marketing beneficial
Previous artwork, packaging or project admin experience highly desirable
Digital colour management experience advantageous
Highly organised with strong time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience using Adobe Acrobat (essential)
