About the Role
In this role, you’ll be working with customer accounts, ensuring compliance, and helping deliver excellent service. You’ll gain valuable experience across multiple areas of finance, with opportunities to grow into specialist or senior roles as your career develops.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers by email and phone
Help service and administer accounts, updating records and issuing statements
Accurately reconcile payments and provide redemption figures
Assist with reporting and regulatory requirements
Learn how to identify and manage vulnerable customers with empathy and care
Ensure compliance with GDPR and financial regulations
Work with colleagues to deliver accurate and timely results
What We’re Looking For
A degree or equivalent qualification
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Interest in financial services and a desire to build a career in the sector
