Administrator – Job Overview

  • Managing and organising a high volume of emails, ensuring timely responses
  • Tracking and prioritising tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently
  • Processing orders and entering data into the stock system with high accuracy
  • Communicating effectively with relevant teams and individuals regarding task progress
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations

Administrator – Skills and Experience required

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
  • Confident using MS Office and other administrative tools
  • A proactive and organised approach to workload management
  • A team player with a passion for delivering quality work

Administrator – Benefits Offered

  • Salary: £24,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Holiday package: 25 days annual leave, increasing with service
