We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our client based in Stevenage This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy and supportive warehouse and logistics team.

About the Role

As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting both goods in and goods out. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely unloading and loading pallets using a counterbalance forklift.
• Preparing and loading deliveries ready for dispatch.
• Supporting goods in and goods out processes, ensuring accurate stock control.
• Carrying out general warehouse operative duties.
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping in the warehouse.

Benefits

• Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 4pm-Midnight on rotation.
• Temp to Perm.
• Immediate start available.

About You

We are looking for a Forklift Driver who can demonstrate:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience in a similar role (essential).
• A valid, in-date counterbalance and/or flexi forklift licence.
• Experience supporting goods in/out, dispatch, or stock control processes.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment with a proactive approach.
• Reliability, flexibility and readiness to start immediately.
