Warehouse Operative – Late Shift

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm.

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, your daily duties will include:

• Completing picking, packing, replenishment, goods-in and despatch tasks accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining high levels of order accuracy across multiple fulfilment channels

• Ensuring stock is handled, stored, and replenished correctly following company SOPs

• Supporting safe and compliant working practices and maintaining a clean, hazard-free working area

• Assisting with rework, stock movement and inventory checks

• Working collaboratively with your team to meet operational needs, including peak periods

• Following quality standards throughout the fulfilment process

• Contributing positively to continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Skills & Experience Required

• A positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities

• Experience in warehouse operations such as picking, packing, goods-in or despatch 

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety procedures

• Physically able to perform manual handling tasks

• Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential — training can be provided
