Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Trainee Accountant to join a well-established, supportive finance team. This hands-on role offers great exposure across management accounting, reconciliations, and reporting — ideal for someone currently studying AAT Level 3 or 4 with ambitions to progress towards ACCA or CIMA.

The Role

• Support month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with audits, P&L accounts, and financial documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and banking transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and support system updates

About You

• Studying AAT Level 3 or 4 (essential)
• Ambition to continue towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Some accounting experience, ideally in management accounts or accounts payable
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused attitude
• Keen to build a long-term career in accounting
