A business with a real family feel in the heart of Royston have a new opportunity for Credit controller with a passion for Customer Service to join their Head Office Temp to Perm basis.

Job Overview

As a Credit Controller your duties will include;

• Managing a portfolio of overdue customer accounts 
• Engaging with customers to understand financial difficulties & find solutions
• Taking payments & setting up manageable repayment plans
• Investigating & resolving any pricing or billing issues
• Handling general finance queries & providing excellent customer service
• Producing reports & managing financial data
• Speaking with customers regularly over the phone

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in debt collection, money advice, banking, or a similar finance-related role
• A strong telephone manner – confident & professional
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
