We’re currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join a friendly, supportive team based in Hatfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to a portfolio of clients. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll ensure client requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent communication and service.
• Accurately processing client instructions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Managing shared inboxes and prioritising tasks effectively.
• Handling administration such as charge notes, collections, and delivery queries.
• Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain service standards.
• Supporting Account Managers with client relationship management and day-to-day coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Experience within customer or client service roles.
• Confidence working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A calm, professional, and proactive approach to work.
