This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys resolving complex queries, building strong relationships, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.

About the Role

As a Customer Service advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving queries, coordinating changes, and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth account management. You’ll handle a wide range of customer requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a proactive approach to every task.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and resolving customer service queries within agreed timescales.

• Coordinating changes and updating supplier records.

• Validating invoices and confirming contract information.

• Issuing contract terminations and resolving objections.

• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the Team Manager with projects.

Experience Required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous office-based customer service experience highly desirable.

• Be confident, assertive, and able to manage challenging situations.

• Demonstrate strong organisation and time management skills.

• Have good working knowledge of Excel.
