Procurement Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven, analytical individual to start or progress their career in Procurement. This is a collaborative and fast-paced team role where your work will directly influence securing the best deals for customers.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll prepare and submit tenders to suppliers, analyse data, and negotiate competitive contracts. You’ll stay ahead of market trends, provide key insights to account managers, and ensure all contract records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders to suppliers

• Analyse data and bespoke quotes using Excel

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive contracts

• Present tender results to account managers

• Review and verify contracts before acceptance

• Maintain and update contract databases

• Monitor market trends and prepare reports

Skills & Experience Required

• Academic background in Business Studies or Economics

• Excellent numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical ability

• Proven relationship-building skills, with confidence to challenge when needed

• Proactive, “can-do” attitude with eagerness to learn

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Confident Excel skills, including working with data sets
