Customer Care Administrator

Are you organised, customer-focused and looking for a new opportunity within a friendly, supportive team? We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis to join a successful business based in Letchworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available immediately and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Customer Care Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service from start to finish. You’ll handle a mix of phone and email enquiries, process customer orders, and support the wider sales and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries.
  • Making outgoing calls to clarify order requirements and delivery details.
  • Processing customer orders accurately for despatch.
  • Managing email enquiries and responding promptly and professionally.
  • Updating Pricing list for customers on a weekly basis
  • Logging and tracking customer returns on the internal system.
  • Completing general administrative tasks and supporting the customer service function.

About You
We’re looking for a Customer Care Administrator who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good IT skills and confidence working with systems.
