International Sales Administrator

Temporary Sales Administrator with previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required to join this well-established business based in Welwyn Garden City on a week by week rolling basis. This is an office-based position and the working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–17:00pm.
This role plays a key part in supporting international field sales, order processing, and logistics coordination.
Ideal for someone with prior experience in sales administration or customer support within manufacturing or distribution, this is a varied and customer-focused position in a collaborative and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the international field sales team with day-to-day administrative needs
 - Handle customer enquiries and process orders with a high degree of accuracy
 - Prepare quotations and input data into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
 - Coordinate deliveries, transport, and customs paperwork
 - Liaise with the packing department and ensure accurate handover of dispatch documentation
 - Support the Accounts team with credit control and sales reporting tasks
 - Communicate with Sales Engineers, Distributors, and OEM customers
 
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing (ideally in manufacturing)
 - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM is desirable
 - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
 - Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
 - European language skills, especially German, would be an advantage (but not essential)
