Financial Services Administrator - Job Overview

  • Ensure that any customer enquiries are responded within agreed timescales
  • Providing excellent customer service via verbal and written communication
  • Respond to customer enquiries and ensure that all complaints and queries are appropriately logged and responded to.
  • Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks
  • Updating customer details, producing statements and dealing with adhoc requests
  • Assisting with any reporting for customers

Financial Services Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Educated to degree level, A-levels or equivalent
  • Proven experience within financial services highly desirable
  • Confident supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
