- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Job Overview - Operations Administrator
- Monitoring the service inbox
- Answering help desk phone calls, logging client requests on internal and external portals
- Obtaining job updates from engineers and updating the system
- Putting quotes together to send to clients
- Scheduling engineers
- Ordering parts
- Closing jobs once they have been completed ready for invoicing
Skills and Experience Required - Operations Administrator
- Experience in a similar role scheduling engineers desirable
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience of Protean would be an advantage
