We’re seeking a proactive Design Administrator to keep a busy creative studio running smoothly. As the Design Administrator, you’ll support the design team day-to-day, maintain impeccable organisation across samples and swatches, and use Adobe tools to help bring concepts to life.
About the Role
As Design Administrator, you’ll be the organising sample tracking, keeping the space tidy and well-stocked, preparing factory sample packs, and assisting with recolours and carry-forward specs in Illustrator. You’ll also coordinate supplier meetings, capture notes and photos in fit sessions, and support research on trends and competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Keep the design studio clean, tidy, and organised at all times
Maintain the sampling tracker and organise samples
Recolour print and knit using Adobe Illustrator
Ensure shade cards and fabric swatches are up to date
Organise supplier meetings and prepare trims/fabrics for factory sample packs
Conduct regular visual inspiration and competitor research
Attend team meetings and fit sessions, taking notes and photographs
Undertake ad hoc tasks to support smooth departmental operations
Skills & Experience
Proficient using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
Textiles or Design related degree educated
Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and meet deadlines
Confident interpreting briefs and working autonomously
Strong team player with a proactive mindset

£24,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (with some flexibility)
