An exciting opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a supportive and fast-paced team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on working to deadlines, and is extremely organised.
Key Responsibilities
Produce dispatch labels, delivery notes, and packing lists in line with project instructions
Coordinate vehicle bookings and goods-in requirements with internal teams and suppliers
Liaise with departments to confirm dispatch timelines and delivery status
Ensure timely communication with couriers and delivery points
Update systems with delivery confirmations and cost information
Generate purchase orders and POD reports as required
Support ongoing improvements in delivery methods and cost efficiency
Skills and Experience Required
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Confident managing multiple deadlines and tasks
Previous experience in logistics, planning or supply chain administration is beneficial
Ability to build effective relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
Benefits
- £23,809.50 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- 25 days holiday
- Office-based role with occasional flexibility where needed
