An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. You’ll be working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external providers to manage key project milestones.
The successful applicant will have strong administration experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage technical workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Project Coordinator – Job Overview
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants
- Manage project allocations and track progress
- Support documentation, scheduling, and meeting actions
- Assist with reporting, contractor payments, and financial tracking
- Maintain accurate project files and design updates

- Strong administrative background
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience in technical or construction environments desirable
