Immediate opportunity has become available for a proactive and well-organised Administrator to support a busy team on a temporary basis. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, has strong coordination skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

You’ll play a key part in supporting project delivery and admin functions across the team. This is a full-time office-based role, ideal for someone who is immediately available or available on short notice with working hours 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload documentation (quotes, invoices, purchase orders, contracts) to internal systems
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders; coordinate material returns
  • Track deliveries and support purchasing needs
  • Maintain organised electronic files for contracts and projects
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project staff
  • Answer phone and email queries from clients and internal teams
  • Take notes during meetings and support general administration across departments

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar admin role
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Confident communicator with a team-player attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using internal systems
  • Able to manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
