Company Profile
Our client based in Hitchin are looking for a confident, professional and experienced Receptionist to work in their busy building. The right candidate will have the ability to manage a diverse workload and be able to deal with customers face to face and over the phone.

Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to different teams and act as first point of contact for customers over the phone and face to face.
Duties will include;
• Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the right departments
• File and maintain important documents
• Place stationary orders for office supplies and utilities
• Provide full administration support to the sales team, assisting with processing orders
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/courier requirements

Required Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and literal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise activities
• IT literate and an ability to learn and maintain different databases

Benefits
• Salary between £20,000
• Working hours 9:00am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri
• 23 days + bank holidays
• Free onsite parking
