Business Development Executive - Benefits

  • Base salary in the region of £30 - 35k per annum.
  • Monthly and annual uncapped bonuses.
  • Estimated year 1 OTE of £50k but this is UNCAPPED so it really is in your hands.

Business Development Executive - Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence within the Hertfordshire area.

 

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and promote our services to meet their staffing needs.

 

Like all good sales roles (especially in recruitment) no two days will ever be the same, and this varied role will include using a variety of methods to convert clients; telephone calls, face to face meetings, networking, attending events, LinkedIn and lots more!

 

You will work together with our experienced Consultants to ensure that we deliver the correct results.

 

Business Development Executive - About You;

Quite simply you need to be passionate about sales, with bags of energy and enthusiasm, and a love of seeking out and converting new business.  A background in business development is important - recruitment industry experience would be even better, but is by no means essential.

 

We are looking for someone who is driven and determined with a proven background in achieving results.

 

Other important details:

 

  • You will be living in, and ideally have done business development within, the Hertfordshire area.
  • You will naturally demonstrate our core business values - loyal, determined, results driven and great.
  • You will have a good sense of humour, be a strong team player and LOVE a challenge!
  • You will be a car driver with access to a car – we give amazing training but draw the line at lifts
