Labourer - Refueller

A fast-paced and growing industrial services company has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Laborer / Refueller to join their depot team.

This is a Permanent position, on a day shift working 7am to 7pm on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, offering a great work-life balance and plenty of opportunity for over time. Travel will be required to support customer sites across the region.

This position is a key part of the wider operations team, playing an integral role in ensuring essential equipment is fuelled, maintained, and ready to meet customer needs. You’ll be making a real impact every day by helping to deliver high levels of service and reliability.

Job Overview
As a Labourer / Refueller, your duties will include:
• Refuelling generators both on site and in the depot
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating a forklift truck (training provided if necessary)
• Assisting engineers on site
• Completing vehicle inspections and reporting any defects
• Maintaining clean and tidy vehicles and work areas
• Completing all required paperwork in line with company procedures
• Supporting overall depot operations and contributing to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required
• Valid UK Driving Licence (B + E Towing Licence desirable)
• Previous experience operating a forklift (preferred, not essential)
• Experience with lifting equipment 
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• High school or equivalent education
