Sales Admin/ Customer Account Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Sales Support / Account Manager to join a well-established international company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a busy, dynamic team, you’ll provide end-to-end account management support across a portfolio of high-profile, blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels
• Coordinate product logistics and delivery schedules
• Liaise with European manufacturing and distribution sites on production planning
• Support Sales Managers and Key Account Directors with order processing and data entry
• Attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and take minutes as required
• Use external client systems to monitor stock levels and delivery tracking
• Produce stock reports and sales forecasts
• Provide credit control support for customer accounts
• Identify and support service improvements and innovative solutions
• Develop a strong technical understanding of product manufacturing processes

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, or account management
• Background in FMCG or working with blue-chip clients is advantageous
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using client-side platforms

Benefits Offered

• Circa £28,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 27 days holiday + bank holidays
