Customer Service

Stevenage based organisation have an immediate opportunity within their customer service team.  This is a varied and fast-paced role where daily duties will include supporting existing customers with a range of enquiries via telephone and email, processing orders, taking payment and following up on lead opportunities.

This is an office based role, located centrally in Stevenage, free parking and close public transport links as well as excellent employee benefits and opportunities for career development.

Customer Service Executive – Job Overview

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
• Answering customer enquiries 
• Process new orders over the telephone
• Taking customer payments
• Following up lead opportunities 

Customer Service Executive – Skills and Experience required

• Educated to A level or equivalent level of competence
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral and presentational
• Ability to time manage and prioritise
• Experience in processing payment details
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook

Customer Service Executive – Benefits Offered

• £25,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm 
• Office based vacancy (no hybrid working)
• 25 days holiday
