An exciting opportunity has become available for a confident and organised Customer Service Executive to join a growing and supportive business based in St Albans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of bookings, queries, and issue resolution while working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Customer Service – Job Overview
- Managing client requests and booking jobs
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email
- Investigating and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately updating CRM systems and maintaining records
- Liaising with internal departments to support smooth service delivery
Customer Service – Skills and Experience required
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A team player who enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
