Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a successful independent and impartial organisation looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team! This is a vital role handling enquiries, guiding customers through the complaints process, and helping resolve cases at an early stage.

Job Overview 

• Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, handling inbound calls, emails, and social media enquiries.
• Providing clear guidance on the complaints process.
• Ensuring all case information is recorded accurately and efficiently
• Assessing information provided by customers to determine if their complaint requires further escalation
• Liaising with internal teams and escalating issues where necessary
• Chasing overdue responses to keep cases progressing smoothly
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service to all customers 

Required Skills and Experience 

• Studying towards or degree-level educated in Law highly desirable 
• Previous telephone-based customer service experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail
• A flexible and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment

Benefits 

• £26,000 pro rata 
• Monday to Friday 9am - 12.30pm/1pm (16-20 hours a week) 
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
