We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team within a leading international business. This is a varied and engaging role responsible for managing the full order-to-cash process, customer service after-care, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal teams across sales, planning, logistics, and finance, you will ensure the highest standards of service delivery to both UK and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders using internal systems
- Maintain and update customer records in line with company procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product or service availability aligns with customer needs
- Monitor outstanding orders or queries and support resolution with the appropriate teams
- Complete regular administrative and reporting tasks within set deadlines
- Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Process necessary documentation such as credit notes, invoices, and returns
- Assist with the preparation of any documentation required for shipments or deliveries
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators to track service and customer satisfaction
Person Specification
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with effective organisational abilities
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive, collaborative, and supportive team player
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
- Experience using business systems or databases is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or operational support role is advantageous

- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
