An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-focused Project Support Coordinator to join a busy, growing organisation. About the Role
As Project Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of complex projects from start to finish. Working closely with the wider project and operations teams, you’ll ensure that schedules, documentation, and procurement run efficiently and that every detail is handled to the highest standard.
You’ll be involved in a diverse mix of projects, coordinating suppliers, managing data, and supporting reporting and documentation processes to help the team meet key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project schedules
- Monitor and report on delivery timelines and lead times
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and progress
- Support the preparation of quotes, tender documents, and project variations
- Maintain project records, schedules, and documentation accurately
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role (essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems (CRM/ERP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in construction, fit-out, or technical project environments would be an advantage
