An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and organised Project Manager to join a growing operations team within a leading business in the construction and fit-out sector. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys overseeing end-to-end project delivery and liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to bring high-value projects to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a proactive and solution-focused approach, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Project Manager – Job Overview

  • Manage and deliver projects ranging from £2,000 to £500,000
  • Lead project handovers from the sales team and attend internal briefing meetings
  • Coordinate with internal and freelance designers to prepare client drawing packs
  • Visit project sites across the UK and Ireland for surveys, meetings, and reviews
  • Handle procurement of materials and project resources
  • Prepare and manage RAMS documentation
  • Arrange installation schedules and liaise with clients and subcontractors
  • Oversee project commissioning and client sign-off

Project Manager – Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in construction project management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable using Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven mindset
  • Quick learner and effective team player
  • Full UK travel flexibility required
