Our client are a small but well-established business in Letchworth, who are recruiting an an a part-time Office Administrator to join their team.

Part-time Office Administrator – Benefits Offered

  • 20 hours a week, split either across 5 days or this can be flexible
  • Salary £25,000 pro rata
  • Monday – Friday
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Free parking
  • Due to the nature of the role, this is an office based position

Part-time Office Administrator - Job Overview

  • Sales Order Processing from emailed Orders (Split task)
  • Management of verbal & written customer enquiries (Quotes, etc)
  • Telephone Call Handling
  • Repairs processing (as required - cover)
  • Returns processing (as required - cover)
  • Import Confirmations (as required – cover)
  • Purchasing Administration and Forwarder Liaison (as required – cover)
  • Daily Sales/Despatch Reporting
  • Administration of ISO 9001 requirements and recording of non-conformances
  • Assist with Health and Safety audits and risk assessments as required

Part-time Office Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Previous Administration experience essential
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent computer software skills (prior Sage 200 experience an advantage)
  • Highly organised
  • Process and detail oriented
