Our client are a small but well-established business in Letchworth, who are recruiting an an a part-time Office Administrator to join their team.
Part-time Office Administrator – Benefits Offered
- 20 hours a week, split either across 5 days or this can be flexible
- Salary £25,000 pro rata
- Monday – Friday
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free parking
- Due to the nature of the role, this is an office based position
Part-time Office Administrator - Job Overview
- Sales Order Processing from emailed Orders (Split task)
- Management of verbal & written customer enquiries (Quotes, etc)
- Telephone Call Handling
- Repairs processing (as required - cover)
- Returns processing (as required - cover)
- Import Confirmations (as required – cover)
- Purchasing Administration and Forwarder Liaison (as required – cover)
- Daily Sales/Despatch Reporting
- Administration of ISO 9001 requirements and recording of non-conformances
- Assist with Health and Safety audits and risk assessments as required
Part-time Office Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Previous Administration experience essential
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent computer software skills (prior Sage 200 experience an advantage)
- Highly organised
- Process and detail oriented
