An international well-established Welwyn Garden based organisation have a new opportunity for a conscientious and detail orientated Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a varied role which will include order processing, export paperwork, dealing with shipping and logistics, admin support and updating data on Excel.

Job Overview

As a International Sales Administrator your duties will include;

  • Supporting the field sales team
  • Handling customer orders
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Preparation of Quotations in CRM
  • Assisting Accounts Department with credit control activities and sales reporting
  • Liaising with Sales Engineers, Distributors & OEM Customers

Skills & Experience Required

  • Able to provide outstanding customer service
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manufacturing background desirable
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using a CRM is essential
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Able to work to deadlines 

Benefits Offered

  • £28,000 per annum
  • Immediate opportunity
  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 1:00PM or 9:00AM – 2:00PM
  • 25 days holiday entitlement
  • Free onsite parking
