An international well-established Welwyn Garden based organisation have a new opportunity for a conscientious and detail orientated Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a varied role which will include order processing, export paperwork, dealing with shipping and logistics, admin support and updating data on Excel.
Job Overview
As a International Sales Administrator your duties will include;
- Supporting the field sales team
- Handling customer orders
- Handling customer enquiries
- Preparation of Quotations in CRM
- Assisting Accounts Department with credit control activities and sales reporting
- Liaising with Sales Engineers, Distributors & OEM Customers
Skills & Experience Required
- Able to provide outstanding customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Manufacturing background desirable
- Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using a CRM is essential
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Able to work to deadlines
Benefits Offered
- £28,000 per annum
- Immediate opportunity
- Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 1:00PM or 9:00AM – 2:00PM
- 25 days holiday entitlement
- Free onsite parking
