Internal Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through proactive outreach? We are recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic Internal Sales Consultant to join our client's collaborative and customer-focused team on a 15 month fixed-term contract. 

Job Overview: 

• Making outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers
• Tracking projects, protecting specifications, and supporting campaigns
• Generating, qualifying, and converting leads into appointments or sales
• Following up marketing campaigns and using CRM systems for data management
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying new opportunities using social media and platforms
• Providing product information and technical support where required
• Reporting regularly on progress, insights, and feedback

Skills and Experience Required: 

• Previous sales and outbound calling experience 
• Previous experience in customer contact roles
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated, positive and professional with a proactive attitude
• Strong organisational and data management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and social media is desirable
• Comfortable working to targets and adapting to changing business needs

Benefits Offered: 

• £27,000 per annum 
• 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 
• Hybrid working
