Marketing and Sales Admin

Are you a Marketing Graduate looking for a varied role that blends creativity with commercial awareness? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive Marketing and Sales Admin to join a successful and supportive team within a well-established organisation. This position is ideal for someone with a Marketing degree who is keen to apply their knowledge across both sales support and marketing activity within an international business setting.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Welwyn Garden City, where you'll gain hands-on experience in global customer support while contributing to marketing communications and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

• Manage international customer orders and respond to enquiries
• Provide administrative support to sales engineers and key accounts
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and customer visit planning
• Support the delivery of documentation, pricing, and quotations
• Maintain accurate records and assist with credit control queries

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating content for newsletters, social media, and internal communications
• Contribute to the development of website and promotional materials
• Help coordinate events, campaigns, and brand communications
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand tone and messaging
• Offer ideas and input into wider marketing strategy and content creation

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in Marketing or a Business degree with strong marketing modules is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM knowledge an advantage
• Proactive and adaptable with a team-focused attitude
• Previous experience in a sales, admin, or marketing support role desirable
• European language skills (especially German) are a bonus, not essential
