Warehouse Operative

Are you hands-on, organised, and ready to be a key part of a busy warehouse team?

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative on a 6 month Contract 

Location: Letchworth

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am-5:30pm

Warehouse Operative – Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Using handheld devices to process orders and manage stock
• Booking deliveries through online courier portals
• Helping with incoming goods – checking, unpacking, and booking into stock
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Restocking shelves and rotating stock
• Assembling products from components when needed
• Use of computer and admin entry

Warehouse Operative – Skills and Experience required:

• A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using handheld devices or warehouse systems (training provided)
• Happy to be on your feet and get stuck in
• Organised and reliable
• Admin experience
