A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Training Administrator to join a successful and well-established training team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This varied and fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support and contributing to a team focused on customer service and continuous learning.

About the Role
As Training Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the training department. You’ll be responsible for coordinating course materials, managing training records, preparing invoices, and assisting with the organisation of events, exhibitions and customer communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and confident in managing multiple tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across all training activities, including course notes and documentation

  • Organise and update training records, booking details, and examination information

  • Coordinate marketing materials and assist at exhibitions and customer days

  • Prepare invoices and maintain training records for accounting and audit purposes

  • Respond to customer enquiries and ensure timely and professional communication

  • Organise refreshments, meetings and resources for visitors and internal events

  • Maintain accurate records of training assets, including calibration and examination logs

  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations and tender documentation

  • Manage incoming telephone calls and support with ad hoc administrative tasks

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role

  • Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently

  • Team-oriented with a positive and flexible attitude
