An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join a supportive and forward-thinking HR team. This is a true generalist role, covering the full employee lifecycle and providing hands-on support, working closely with managers and employees across the business, to deliver a people strategy that supports growth, development, and long-term success.

About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll provide guidance and support to managers, helping to shape their people strategies while ensuring employees are treated fairly and supported to reach their full potential. You’ll lead on employee relations, policy development, recruitment, and employee engagement, ensuring the HR service is professional, responsive, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to deliver effective people strategies and support departmental objectives

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice

  • Build strong relationships across the business, influencing and coaching managers

  • Lead on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning

  • Work closely with Learning & Development to identify and deliver training needs

  • Ensure company policies remain up to date and effectively communicated

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent service across the group

  • Support HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven HR generalist experience in a commercial environment, with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience essential

  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to coach, support, and motivate managers and teams

  • Experience building relationships and partnering effectively at all levels

  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • £50,000 - £55,000 per annum 

  • Hybrid working and flexitime 

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
