Seasonal Customer Service Advisor

Our client prides itself on the extremely high levels of service they provide to their loyal and valued customers. They are excited to recruit customer service advisors who can bring a kind and personal approach to dealing with high levels of inbound calls with a very reputable Stevenage employer.

This will be a temporary contract to support the business through their peak season, with various start dates available throughout November, working up until the end of December

Customer Service - Job Overview

• Responding to customers and potential customers over the phone in the first instance, to process orders, advise on technical issues or handle complaints
• Providing a consistently high level of customer care in an efficient, accurate and helpful manner
• Dealing with any delivery problems by liaising with both customers and couriers
• Working over multiple systems

Customer Service - Requirements

• Friendly, polite and professional
• Experience within a customer service environment
• Confident working with various systems
• Ability to commit to a contract until 24th December 2024 
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
