A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Sales Office Account Manager to join a supportive and friendly office team in Stevenage on a maternity cover contract. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales function and maintaining high standards of customer service and internal coordination.
If you have previous sales or administrative experience and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and committed team, this could be the perfect opportunity to join a well-established and sustainability-driven organisation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of tasks
• Manage customer orders and stock coordination across key accounts
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email, delivering excellent service
• Assist with credit control and account administration
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and data for presentations
Skills and Experience Required
• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or office administration role
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work onsite in Stevenage, full time

- Contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
