Graduate Account Executive

We’re looking for a Graduate Account Executive to join a friendly and expanding team. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided. This role is ideal for ambitious self-starters who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in client support and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new clients during their onboarding journey, coordinating contracts and documentation

• Liaise with payment partners and suppliers to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and on time

• Set up and run online software training sessions for clients

• Answer client queries and provide ongoing account support

• Assist the Project Manager with departmental growth and process improvements

• Contribute ideas to improve systems and client experience

• Support software testing and development projects

Experience Required:

• A recent graduate or early career professional eager to learn and develop

• Highly organised with strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working to deadlines and keen to grow with the business

• Experience with software and customer support plus an interest in technology, payments, or financial services highly desirable

• £26,000 per annum plus £3k annual bonus
