An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a collaborative and customer-focused team in a well-established business. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders, working closely with internal teams to deliver an efficient and professional service. This is an office-based role (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday).

Customer Service – Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and input purchase orders using JD Edwards
  • Raise invoices and credits, and manage invoicing queries
  • Book and track loan equipment and liaise with couriers
  • Handle queries via phone and email from hospitals and sales teams
  • Work with the warehouse to resolve fulfilment issues
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports using Excel
  • Maintain pricing catalogues and provide general administrative support

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with order processing and fulfilment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented with logical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well across teams
  • Previous experience using JD Edwards or WH management software is beneficial
  • A proactive, relationship-focused and results-driven mindset
