Established and highly respected Stevenage based organisation are recruiting a proficient Administrator with knowledge of pension and investment products to assist Financial Planning Assistants and Financial Advisers.

Administrator – Benefits Offered

  • £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
  • 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working - 3 days from home

Administrator – Job Overview

  • Scheduling appointments with clients for financial advisor reviews
  • Preparing paperwork for reviews
  • General admin support for team
  • Entering data correctly onto systems

Administrator – Required Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge of GLA, GPMI, GIP, GCIC – essential
  • Excellent knowledge of iO and Excel – essential
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines – essential
  • A team player – essential
  • Good communication both verbal and written – essential
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations – desirable
