Exciting opportunity for a driven and inspirational Sales Team Leader to join a successful and growing insurance business. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, drive performance, and build a high-energy, results-focused sales culture.

About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service. You’ll use data and reporting to track results, identify improvements, and maximise performance, while also playing a key role in coaching, developing talent, and supporting recruitment.

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing a sales team (insurance or financial services)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Data-driven and commercially focused
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Ability to motivate teams in a target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence
