Sales Executive

Are you confident, personable and great at speaking to people over the telephone? This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop a career as a Sales Executive with excellent earning potential.

Previous sales experience is not essential. We're looking for people with a great telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to hold a natural, engaging conversation. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or another people-focused role could be a great fit.

This Sales Executive role is based entirely on warm inbound enquiries – no cold calling and no face-to-face sales. You'll speak to customers who have already expressed an interest, understand what they're looking for and convert genuine enquiries into sales.

• Selling online and home-learning training courses

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

Sales Executive – Benefits Offered

• £24,000 to £26,000 basic salary (Dependent on Experience; £24,000 no sales experience / £26,000 with relevant sales experience) 
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic monthly take-home earnings of around £3,000 once trained and achieving target
• Full sales training and ongoing support
• 100% inbound leads
• Monday to Thursday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Auto-Enrol pension
• 100% office-based in Letchworth

Sales Executive – Skills and Experience Required

• No previous sales experience required
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident, personable and able to hold a natural conversation
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Comfortable spending much of the day speaking to customers
• Positive, enthusiastic and motivated by earning commission
• Previous telephone-based, customer service, retail or hospitality experience would be beneficial
