We’re recruiting for a leading insurer seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can follow clear processes, work within FCA regulations, and build lasting client relationships.

About the Role

This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow processes is essential.

Candidates from insurance, banking, finance, or other regulated industries with transferable skills will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Build and manage a client portfolio
• Conduct client meetings and provide tailored advice
• Work closely with underwriters to secure competitive terms
• Follow FCA regulations and internal processes at all times
• Deliver excellent service across new business and renewals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in insurance or transferable experience from banking/finance or another regulated sector
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills (Telephone based and face to face)
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
